All website submissions must be pre-approved, this will be done in the order in which they are received.
Websites must be pagan orientated and/or have a strong pagan content/interests. Sites that are not within this direction will be deleted.
A voting link is required. Once your site is approved for membership you will receive an email with log-in and linking instructions. The voting link must be placed on the site that you are submitting in a conspicous location. Several graphic links are available, you may re-size them to fit into your page appropriately if necessary.
Please do not use ALL CAPS in your titles or descriptions. This is considered shouting/yelling, and is really disrespectful of others.
Although CastleSolitudeArts welcomes pagans from all paths worldwide, please submit sites that are in the English language. Websites in another language will be reviewed for content and suitability on an individual basis.
"Spamming" of any sort will not be tolerated!
Advertising pop-ups/pop-unders/etc., are strongly discouraged!
Sites that contain illegal content, "adult orientated", graphic nudity or pornography will be deleted!
We are a pagan friendly, family orientated site and will remain that way.
Websites are required to have a banner to display.
Your banner should be no larger than 468x60.
If you do not have a banner: there are numerous sites where you can create one with a gererator, or, there are numerous webmasters/webmistresses who will create one for you. Some charge a fee, some don't.

Social Networks: Social networks have generally large memberships which are able to vote for their site daily. This is good in that the membership is actively involved. CastleSolitudeArts would like to suggest though that site owners ask their members to restrict their voting to once or twice per week. Daily voting by large memberships greatly exaggerates your incoming hit count and will not give you (the webmaster/webmistress) a knowledge of new traffic to your site. After all, new traffic translates into new memberships! This is a suggestion and not a rule at this time. Please consider this option.
Social Groups or any website which may fall under this subject:
Quite simple here, if the webmaster cannot view the content of your group, you will be deleted. Groups which require membership to view content will be deleted. The same applies to all websites.
The webmaster/manager reserves the right to delete any site for non-compliance of rules; suitability, or any questionable content/reason. If you have any questions at all, contact the webmaster/manager.
